At POLIZHED, our purpose is to insure your experience exceeds your expectations. Below are our policies that will help our team be able to provide all of our guests with the best service possible, while maintaining a high level of professionalism for our company.

   ARRIVAL

We ask you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation. This will allow our concierge to get you checked in and allow you to relax, enjoy a beverage and browse the latest trend magazines. In the case you are running behind for your reservation, we ask to please contact POLIZHED soon as you are aware of your late status. This will allow your technician to evaluate your reservation and plan accordingly.

Please note: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being forfeited and the card on file will be charged 100% of the value of services reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered.

   APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are booked based on availability. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability. To reserve services, we require a credit card to guarantee the appointment.

   CANCELLATIONS

We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time. No show, same day cancellations, less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the value of services reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited. This charge will be applied to the credit card used to reserve the reservation.

   PAYMENTS

POLIZHED accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash for purchase of services and our retail.

   CHILDREN

Due to limited salon space, we ask that you refrain from bringing any children not receiving a service.

   CELL PHONES

For the enjoyment of other guests, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on "vibrate" or "off" while receiving services.

   GIFT CERTIFICATES

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates or gift cards, if lost or expired.
