At POLIZHED, our purpose is to insure your experience exceeds your expectations. Below are our policies that will help our team be able to provide all of our guests with the best service possible, while maintaining a high level of professionalism for our company.

ARRIVAL - In the event you are running behind for your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please contact the salon at (216) 245-6599 as soon as you are aware of your late status. Arriving more than 5 minutes late, will result in a $10 late fee charge in addition to your scheduled services. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and the card on file will be charged 100%of the value of services reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered.

APPOINTMENTS - We highly recommend booking your appointment(s) in advance to ensure availability. When booking, be sure to include all desired services. Last minute cancellations or modifications to services must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or this will be considered a same day cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS - No show, same day cancellation, less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the value of services reserved, and/or any gift card associated with that appointment will count as services rendered and forfeited.

PAYMENTS
POLIZHED accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash for purchase of services and our retail.

CHILDREN
Due to limited salon space, we ask that you refrain from bringing any children not receiving a service.

CELL PHONES
For the enjoyment of other guests, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on "vibrate" or "off" while receiving services.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates or gift cards, if lost or expired.
